If you complete the Request a Quote form we collect your name, your company or organisation, your email address, your telephone number, the property or site address, the services you are interested in, your indicated timescale and anything you write in the message field.
If you contact us by email or telephone we collect the contact details you provide and the content of your enquiry.
If you apply for work through our careers page we collect your name, contact details, the area you can work in, the type of role you are seeking, your SIA licence number if you provide one, your CV and anything you write in the message field.
We do not ask for special category data, and you should not include health, criminal record or other sensitive information in the message field.
Our hosting and email providers operate internationally, so your information may be stored or accessed outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the safeguards those providers put in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply.
This website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not use third-party advertising technology. If that changes we will update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
