We are a Birmingham property services group that employs its teams directly and keeps them on the buildings they know.
MK One Group directly employs the people who look after our clients' buildings. We do not run our sites on a rotating pool of agency staff, because continuity is what makes the service work: officers and cleaners who know the building, the residents and the routine.
Where we take over an existing contract we honour transferred terms under TUPE, and we support licence renewals and training for the people who transfer to us.
