The team that cleans the building can also quote for repairs, redecoration of communal areas, end of tenancy cleans for individual apartments, and security and concierge cover. One contractor to instruct, and one person to speak to.
One person from quote to mobilisation and through the contract.
A fixed monthly price against the agreed schedule, with the subtotal, VAT at 20% and the total shown. Extra work is quoted before it is done.
Where existing staff transfer with the contract, we manage the TUPE process properly.
